Semi Senior / Senior Architect
(Softplan Specialist)

Develop, modify, and produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using Softplan.

Participate in conceptual design, design development, and detailing for residential and/or commercial projects.

Ensure all plans comply with building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and constructability.

Prepare presentations, renderings, and visual documentation for clients and internal teams.

Maintain organized project files and documentation within Softplan.

Support the project team through all phases—from schematic design to construction administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience using Softplan as a primary design tool.

Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Experience producing full construction document sets.

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
