Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Semi-Senior or Senior Architect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and documentation, with prior experience working on projects in the United States. The candidate should excel in communication, attention to detail, and understanding U.S. building codes and standards.

You will get the chance to:

Develop and manage architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation.

Collaborate with U.S.-based clients and teams to ensure project alignment and execution.

Apply knowledge of U.S. building codes, standards, and permitting processes.

Utilize design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) for modeling and presentations.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year on U.S. projects.

Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, BIM, ArchiCAD, Rhino, 3dsMax and others visualization softwares such as Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.

Strong understanding of U.S. building codes, ADA compliance, and zoning regulations.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Advanced level.
