If your profile meets our requirements, we will contact you for a first interview. The following step will be to prepare your portfolio so that we share it with our client. Once we share your information, you’ll receive a status update in the subsequent weeks. The faster you send us your portfolio, the easier it will be to match you with the best projects.

Of course! If your profile is selected to be a part of our talent pool, you will be getting instructions from your Recruiter to have the best practices during this stage of the process.

No, WorldTeams doesn’t provide work materials for our professionals. As we are independent contractors, candidates must have their working equipment.

WorldTeams has the WorldTeams’ Learning Lab program to help the members of our community develop professionally and prepare them to excel in their tasks.
This includes mentoring and access to a handful of documents.

Once the client selects the profile to work with, each person signs a service provision contract with WorldTeams, who in turn establishes a legal relationship with our clients.
Individuals who work with WorldTeams are independent contractors. The legal relationship is created between the professional and WorldTeams, not with the client to whom we provide services. The compensation this professional receives will be in US dollars, based on the amount of rendered and registered service hours.

Your compensation will be in US dollars, and you have a variety of platform options to choose: Wise, Payoneer, or direct wire transfer to a US account. We’ll make sure you receive your money on time.
