What you must bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• + 3 years of experience as a 3D artist
• Mastery of rendering software: Lumion, Twinmotion, Corona, 3ds Max, Microstation, After Effects, or Unreal Engine (US work experience and knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are a plus)
