AI Automation Engineer

Description

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and automation systems for international teams and clients.

This role combines AI tools, workflow automation, integrations, and operational problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive processes, improve productivity, and implement scalable AI solutions across different business areas.

The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and building efficient systems using modern AI tools and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows.
• Build integrations between AI tools, CRMs, project management platforms, and internal systems.
• Develop and optimize workflows using LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Create AI agents and automation pipelines for operational and business processes.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.
• Test, monitor, and optimize AI workflows for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with international teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest AI automation tools, frameworks, and trends.

Requirements

• Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM-based workflows and prompt engineering.
• Experience with tools such as: Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, Cursor, API integrations.
• Understanding of automation logic, workflows, and operational processes.
• Conversational English level.
