We are seeking an AI Operations Specialist to help scale and optimize internal processes through the effective use of AI tools and operational systems.

This position focuses on improving team productivity, organizing AI-driven workflows, and supporting the adoption of AI across different business areas. The role requires a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure AI tools are being used efficiently, consistently, and strategically in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage AI-supported operational processes.
  • Assist teams in implementing AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Monitor workflow performance and identify inefficiencies.
  • Organize operational documentation, templates, and internal resources.
  • Support AI adoption initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across AI-generated outputs.
  • Help structure scalable systems for productivity and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI platforms, trends, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience working in operations, project coordination, administration, or process management.
  • Interest in AI technologies and productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
