You will get the chance to:

Develop creative architectural designs and concepts for commercial projects, balancing client needs with style and functionality.

Prepare and oversee technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to bring projects to life.

Research and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.

Work with software like Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.

What you must bring to the table:

Degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing commercial projects.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar software.

Advanced English proficiency, capable of effective communication with U.S. or Canadian clients.

A great plus:

Experience working with clients in the U.S. or Canada.
