Architect with experience
in Theme Parks & Water Parks

Lead the architectural design of theme parks and water parks, including attractions, site planning, and spatial composition.

Develop conceptual designs, architectural drawings, and 3D models, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, and timeline.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders (engineers, lighting designers, landscape architects) to integrate all key project components.

Supervise construction documents and collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

3+ years of experience in theme parks, water parks, or large-scale entertainment design.

Upper intermediate to advanced English.

Expertise in architectural design, materials, and building systems, with a focus on sustainability and interactivity.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (3D modeling/rendering is a plus).

Experience across all design and construction phases, from concept to contract administration.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards for public spaces.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
