Multi-Site Projects

Description

We are looking for Architects with strong experience in Multi-Site Projects to collaborate with leading U.S.-based clients across a variety of commercial developments.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on large-scale rollouts involving multiple locations and standardized design processes, such as convenience stores, pharmacies, retail chains, restaurants, or similar programs.

You’ll get the chance to:

• Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and project deliverables for multi-site developments.
• Adapt prototype designs to different site conditions while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Support project documentation throughout design and construction phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What you must bring to the table:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural projects.
• Proven experience working on multi-site programs for retail, commercial, or similar sectors.
• Experience with chain-based projects such as CVS, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Starbucks, McDonald’s, or similar brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination.
• Conversational English skills. (B2, C1, C2)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (highly preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other BIM/design software is also considered valuable.
• Previous US Experience, at least 1 year.
