Business Developer
Description
We are looking for a semi-senior Business Developer to join our Lead Gen team and help accelerate New Business growth. This is an action-driven role focused on high-volume calling, lead qualification, ICP targeting, and predictable pipeline generation. You’ll be responsible for creating first conversations with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and supporting our Hunters in building a consistent commercial engine.
This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured processes while contributing ideas for improvement.
You will get the chance to:
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold, warm, reactivation) and multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct structured discovery to identify pain points, needs, and buying intent; qualify leads using SPIN and ICP criteria.
- Build and maintain a healthy early-stage pipeline through consistent follow-up, quality conversations, and opportunity identification.
- Research, identify, and prioritize target companies; keep all activities, tasks, and pipeline stages updated in HubSpot.
- Report daily and weekly metrics, insights, and pipeline movements.

- HubSpot CRM (or similar)
- Lemlist / Instantly / Smartlead (REQUIRED)
- LinkedIn + Sales Navigator
- CloudTalk / Dialer Tools
- Slack
What you must bring to the table:
- Advanced English + excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong research, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to write and edit messages tailored to different audiences.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Excel preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
