We are looking for a Claude Code Specialist to join our team and help us leverage AI-powered coding tools to enhance development workflows, automate processes, and improve overall engineering productivity.

This role sits at the intersection of software development and AI prompt engineering, requiring a strong understanding of coding principles along with hands-on experience using AI models like Claude for technical tasks.

You’ll get the chance to:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI-assisted coding using Claude
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI tools into development workflows
• Generate, review, and debug code produced by AI systems
• Build internal tools and automations powered by AI
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are met
• Document best practices for AI-assisted development
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI coding tools and LLMs

What you must bring to the table:

• Proven experience in software development (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs.
• Experience with APIs and integrating AI into applications
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code
• Upper intermediate or advanced english level.
