We’re looking for a Construction Office Manager to keep our projects running smoothly. In this role, you’ll coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and subcontractors while managing documentation and ensuring compliance. You will get the chance to:

Oversee daily administrative operations for construction projects.

Act as the main contact for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Manage procurement, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.

Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and budgeting tasks.

Ensure communication flows between field teams, management, and partners.

Guarantee compliance with company policies and safety standards.

What you must bring to the table:

Experience in construction administration or office management.

Solid understanding of construction processes and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of construction software is a plus.

Fluent English (Upper-intermediate to Advanced level).
