We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write well, but thinks strategically: Who are we talking to? What do they need? How do we solve it?
Your mission will be to drive real business impact through content:

Attract better candidates (Employer Branding)

Generate demand and attract better clients

You will get the chance to:

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals

Deeply understand our audiences (clients & candidates) through research and insights

Adapt tone and messaging depending on the audience and platform

Create high-impact content across the funnel (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, etc.)

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life

Analyze performance and optimize content based on results (not vanity metrics)

What you must bring to the table:

Strategic mindset: you think before you write

Excellent writing skills (clear, structured, engaging)

You know how to use AI as a tool, not as a crutch (we don’t want generic AI content)

Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling content

Strong empathy for different audiences

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team

Results-driven mindset (conversion > reach)

Some level of experience or expertise in content, marketing, or similar fields

Advanced English
