Description

We’re looking for a Cost Estimator Architect with strong proficiency in ArchiCAD to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for architectural and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with design goals throughout every stage of development.

You will get the chance to:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction and architectural projects.

Use ArchiCAD to extract quantities, model data, and generate take-offs directly from BIM models.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to produce precise cost analyses.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain cost accuracy.

Evaluate materials, labor, and timelines to determine overall project costs.

Monitor cost variations and propose strategies for optimization.

Support tendering and procurement by preparing bid documents and assessing contractor proposals.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying.

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (BIM modeling, quantity take-off, data extraction).

Knowledge of tools like Revit, CostX, Bluebeam, or Excel is an asset.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
