What you must bring to the table:

• + 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess quantity surveying and takeoff skills from Autocad and 2D plans using tools like Bluebeam.
• Demonstrate the ability to import and load quantities into estimating templates for creating construction cost estimates at different design and construction phases (SD, DD, CD).
• Employ an analytical mindset to estimate labor, materials, and time for each project.
• Possess advanced knowledge of primary software including Autodesk Revit, ACAD, AD build/plan grid, AD takeoffs, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Showcase the expertise to identify risks and potential long-lead items.
• Exhibit advanced AutoCAD and Excel skills.
