Generate reports and analyze HubSpot platform usage data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.

Develop and implement initiatives to encourage widespread adoption of HubSpot tools across the organization.

Collaborate with project managers to identify areas for improvement within the HubSpot platform and suggest or implement tweaks to enhance their workflows.

Assist in monitoring and following up within the HubSpot sales pipeline to ensure deals progress smoothly.

What you must bring to the table:

Mid-Level/Semi-Senior

Software Proficiency – HubSpot platform (CRM, Marketing, Sales Hubs), Excel

3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with a strong track record in reporting and administrative support, specifically focusing on HubSpot.

Detail-oriented highly organized, with excellent communication and time management abilities.

Proven experience utilizing HubSpot to its full potential.

A great plus:

Experience working for the US.
