Are you ready to take on the role of a Junior Purchasing Agent and assist our US-based client with supply chain management and purchasing objectives? You’ll play a crucial part in asset development for Hospitality and Multi-Family residential projects. Join us and help our clients reach their goals!

You will get the chance to:
- Obtain FF&E quotations, warehousing, and installation bids for items as specified by the approved project budget.
- Negotiate price, lead-time, and payment terms.
- Obtain scoped/specified items within budget.
- Perform cost analysis, purchasing, and delivery of all products within an approved budget.
- Manage an effective project purchasing process to ensure that requirements are procured and delivered within required timelines.
- Effectively manage multiple complex projects with limited supervision.
- Process all requisitions and purchase orders.
- Process deposits, pro-forma invoices, and payments for Net 30 invoices by documenting FF&E receipts.
- Manage and issue weekly ‘Expediting Reports.’
- Initiate change orders to purchase orders, generate purchase orders for property-level commitments as part of Capital Purchase Plans and other FF&E projects, as required.
- Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, and finish approvals with the designer and manufacturers.
- Handle and resolve vendor disputes.
- Coordinate buyout and deliveries with the Project Manager based on renovation/construction schedules.
- Responsible for project procurement management and budget closeout.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you must bring to the table:
- BA or BS preferred.
- + 1 years of purchasing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel – Spitfire a plus Strong oral and written communication skills required; presentation skills desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
