As a Luxury House Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of exclusive residential projects, collaborating closely with clients across the United States, design teams, and contractors to bring their visions to life.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed eye for design, a thorough understanding of luxury residential architecture, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

You’ll get the chance to:

Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts for luxury homes, incorporating client preferences, architectural trends, and site-specific considerations.

Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraints.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury residential architecture to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What you must bring to the table:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect  and proven experience  in luxury residential architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others.

Eagerness to develop expertise across various stages of the construction and design process.

Advanced English level.

A Great Plus:

Previous experience working for US clients.
