Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Collect, interpret, and report on operational data for key stakeholders.

Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor efficiency.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement process improvements.

Support planning, forecasting, documentation, and compliance tracking.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
