At WorldTeams, we’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager to join our Operations team. This role will focus on leading initiatives that improve internal processes, drive automation, and implement tech tools that enhance efficiency across the company.

You will get the chance to:

Lead end-to-end tech-driven projects (apps, tools, automations) and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and set priorities aligned with business goals.

Identify and optimize inefficient operational processes using technology.

Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track operational performance and progress.

Facilitate communication between Operations and other departments, promoting project management best practices.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile) are a plus.

2+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in tech-driven or digital environments.

Strong knowledge of process optimization, automation tools, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).

Skills:

Team coordination and stakeholder management.

Advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), process automation, and workflow tools.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
