What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, People Analytics or a related field.

Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, is required.

Strong judgment and discernment skills to effectively segment and select top talent for database entry.
