This time, we’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and improve our recruitment operation. 
If you’re a strategic thinker who understands recruiting as both an art and a system, and you enjoy working with data, people, and technology, this is your chance to make a real impact.

You will get the chance to:

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, setting clear roles, goals, and promoting a collaborative culture.
  • Optimize the recruitment workflow with measurable KPIs, quality control systems, and continuous feedback.
  • Use sourcing strategies, data analysis, and automation tools to attract and assess high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure selected candidates meet both technical and soft skill standards, aligned with client expectations.

What you must bring to the table:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in outsourcing or tech environments), and knowledge of talent markets and recruitment automation tools.
