Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience using Softplan to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design and documentation, excellent technical execution, and the ability to turn project requirements into accurate, high-quality drawings and models.

You will get the chance to:

Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models in Revit for car dealership projects.

Ensure designs comply with OEM brand guidelines, local codes, and dealership operational requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to integrate building systems and maintain project accuracy.

Prepare construction documentation sets, material specifications, and detail drawings.

Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues, and support project delivery through all phases.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years working on automotive dealership or commercial retail projects.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (families, templates, BIM workflows).

Strong knowledge of dealership layouts (showrooms, service bays, parts storage, customer areas, circulation).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
