Description

We are seeking a talented Revit Architect specialized in multifamily projects to join our team. This role is crucial in leading the design and development of residential buildings, focusing on multifamily housing developments.

You’ll get the chance to:

Lead the architectural design process for multifamily residential projects from concept through construction.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Develop and present design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

Coordinate with project managers to monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.

What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Proven experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily residential projects.

Proficiency in architectural software Revit, or others.

Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating successful multifamily housing projects.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

Advanced English level.
