Revit Architect with
knowledge in UL Assemblies
Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Architect to join our team and collaborate on international architectural projects, primarily focused on the United States market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing construction documentation in Revit and a solid understanding of UL Assemblies and code-compliant building systems.
You’ll get the chance to:
- Develop architectural models and construction documents using Revit.
- Produce detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and documentation packages.
- Apply and coordinate UL Assemblies for walls, floors, ceilings, penetrations, and fire-rated systems.
- Ensure project documentation complies with US building codes and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
- Review project specifications and integrate technical requirements into drawings.
- Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes when required.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation standards.
What you must bring to the table:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong knowledge of UL Assemblies and fire-rated construction systems.
- Experience working on US-based architectural projects.
- Understanding of construction documentation standards and building codes.
- Upper Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).
