We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship building.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working with real estate professionals or companies, and a solid understanding of sales processes in fast-paced environments.
You’ll get the chance to:
- Identify and qualify new leads within the real estate sector.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and generate opportunities for the sales team.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

What you must bring to the table:
- Previous experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or Sales Representative.
- Experience working within or selling to the real estate industry.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
