We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation and have experience with the Nutshell CRM. This role is crucial for driving sales initiatives and achieving growth targets. WorldTeams is an ecosystem where we go beyond traditional matchmaking. You will get the chance to:

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email marketing, and social media outreach. 

Utilize the Nutshell CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and record customer interactions.

Achieve a target of generating at least 500 leads per month.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Analyze lead generation metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement.

What you must bring to the table:

Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Familiarity with Nutshell CRM.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Advanced English level (a must).

Experience collaborating with US projects.
