Senior Architect with
Experience in Restaurant Projects

Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for restaurant projects using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create and present design concepts, layouts, and specifications that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.

Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project constraints.

+5 years of experience as an architect.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Restaurant Project.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other related software.

In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.

Strong design and visualization skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Previous experience working for US clients.
