What you must bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• + 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering project management.
• A track record of developing and implementing new business lines or initiatives that have fueled growth and expansion.
• A consultative approach, showcasing exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• A visionary outlook with the knack for identifying emerging market trends and business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the drive to develop and expand new business lines in alignment with our capabilities.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. An advanced level of English.
