• Ensure design solutions align with codes, secure approvals, and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Engage in project meetings, contribute to presentations, and oversee architectural design.
• Lead large project teams, coordinate documentation, and uphold project integrity.
• Offer technical guidance and innovative resolutions for intricate challenges.
• Confirm that design concepts are both feasible and within budget.
• Participate in the development of project schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct product research and formulate specifications.

What you must bring to the table:

• A degree in Architecture.
• A professional history spanning 10-15 years.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in technical specification writing (CSI format).
• A strong grasp of building codes and accessibility requirements.
• Familiarity with building systems, construction methods, and structures.
• A demonstrated capability to lead intricate design projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a talent for creative problem-solving.

A Great Plus:

• Possession of architectural licensure or registration.
• Pursuit of certifications such as LEED, Fitwel, RELI, WELL Building Standard, or similar qualifications.
