You’ll get the chance to:

• Take charge of projects from inception to completion, covering schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD) stages.
• Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables adhere to high-quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive work plans that enhance clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Consult and apply building codes judiciously to ensure compliance throughout the design and construction process.
• Showcase expertise across all stages of the construction and design process, contributing to the success of each project.
• Maintain a solid grasp of the International Building Code (IBC) to uphold regulatory standards.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you must bring to the table:

• +10 years of experience as an architect.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• History of working on projects in the United States.
• Expertise across all stages of the construction and design process.
• An advanced English proficiency level.
