What you must bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience as a Tech Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

Solid understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and databases.

Proficiency with tools like SQL, Excel, JIRA, and documentation platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
