Worldies Summit in Buenos Aires
We brought together over 200 Worldies in person to Buenos Aires. Professionals traveled from Spain, Portugal, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Uruguay, and beyond, to participate in our exclusive event: Worldies Summit, held at the magnificent Palacio Sans Souci.
From the unique merch to the exquisite food, every detail was designed to celebrate our community and our commitment to professional development.
The activities taught us to grow and improve as professionals , and in the evening we had a red carpet gala followed by an epic party that was the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.
Seeing everyone in person for the first time was an exciting and enriching experience , and a historic moment for all of us. Let’s keep growing, creating opportunities, and enjoying what we do together.

WorldGenesis in 4 different cities
Can you imagine a day where connection, collaboration, and joy come together in one place? That’s exactly what we experienced at World Genesis, our first in-person WorldTeams event.
One same event happening simultaneously in 4 different cities, but under the same concept: Empowering continuous improvement. We gathered for the same event in 4 cities across Latin America, connecting on a deeper level, beyond screens and distance.
In Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and Montevideo, we held the first #WorldTeams event, where we all came together to celebrate an amazing afternoon.
At WorldTeams, we know that human relationships are the most important thing. And that’s why meeting in person allowed us to create memories, share experiences, and learnings that enrich us as a team and as individuals.
These events, the in-person hugs and getting to know everyone , give us that energy boost to keep giving our all in our day-to-day lives.

WorldTeams’ Launch
WorldGenesis 1.0: our first in-person event
WorldGenesis, the event that brought our WorldTeams team together for the first time, marked a before and after in our history. It was a meeting where ideas flowed, we defined objectives, and planned how to achieve them. Buenos Aires, with its vibrant energy, was the perfect setting to kick off this new era.
Every moment at WorldGenesis was an opportunity to grow, learn, and challenge ourselves. From the photo shoot that captured our essence, the party that connected us through dance, to the coworking day and the definition of annual KPIs.
WorldGenesis was not just an event, it was the beginning of a new era. A journey full of challenges and opportunities that we will travel together, with the strength of our dreams and the confidence in our team.
